Developed under a public-private partnership (P3) model, the 656-bed facility was built after demolishing three older hospitals. Architectural firm HOK led its design, providing vision planning, site strategy, and medical space planning. The team employed evidence-based design, precision management, sustainable solutions, and cutting-edge digital tech.
