Among the bars ranked from 51 to 100 in North America's 50 Best Bars, the United States takes the lead with 29 establishments. These listed bars are scattered across various cities in the country, such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, and Miami. Canada has 15 bars making the cut, hailing from cities including Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Victoria. Additionally, a total of 5 bars from Mexico City, Oaxaca, and Playa del Carmen have also secured their spots on the list.

Topping the 51 - 100 ranking is the Library Bar in Toronto, which claims the 51st position. Other Canadian bars on the list include Missy's in Calgary (ranked 52nd) and Bar Bisou Bisou in Montreal (ranked 75th). As for the United States, Viceversa in Miami stands as the highest - ranked bar, occupying the 56th position.
